Looking inside the condenser

The ‘worm’ with the vapors inside are being cooled by the water that surrounds it. The water is steaming because the vapors in the ‘worm’ (essential oil and hydrosol) are hot and are being cooled slowly as they (vapors) proceed downward to the receiver.
